Sunday Gourmet
For a tasty and relaxed Sunday morning, wander at a leisurely pace around Wellington's spectacular and sculpture-rich Wellington waterfront to explore two Sunday fresh produce and speciality food markets. You will taste interesting products, meet their producers and enjoy locally roasted coffee from a boutique roaster. The striking and innovative Te Papa Museum of New Zealand is a waterfront highlight, where we will walk through 'Bush City' which re-creates the original Wellington landscape to identify indigenous edible plants, followed by tasting these indigenous ingredients presented in a modern style for the 21st century.
Note: this tour is available over the spring and summer months from 1 November to 31 March.
